PRODUCTION & SHIP TIMES

Production times are specific to each item and change periodically.

Current Ear Production Time: New orders will ship by the end of August- first week of September. If you have a Halloween trip date you need your ears for, please leave a note on your order.*


Sunglasses: ORDERS SHIP IN 1-4 BUSINESS DAYS.**

**If you order sunglasses with a pair of ears, both items will ship together at the end of the ears’ production time (currently end of August- early September.) If you’d like your sunglasses to ship right away, please place a separate order for each item.



*If you need your item to ship earlier than the end of the current estimated timeframe, please send us an email BEFORE you place an order to make sure we can accommodate you.*** Rush orders on ears may be possible, but we handle these on a case-by-case basis. There are no rush orders available for Sunglasses pre-orders. Standard shipping time is between 2-6 business days. Priority Mail shipping is available for an additional cost, and takes between 1-3 business days.

***If you do not get an e-mail approval from us about a rush order request prior to ordering, your request may not be honored and cancellations/refunds will not be given.

PLEASE NOTE: We do the best we can to ship orders with ample time to arrive to their destinations by the requested date. However, we are not responsible for USPS delays during transit that are outside of our control. Refunds will not be given for packages that arrive late due to USPS delays. If you are concerned with shipping speed, we suggest selecting priority mail at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns on ear orders. If, however, there is a problem or defect with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we may correct the problem.

Due to the limited stock of our sunglasses, we will accept returns on these items for store credit only. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you would like to return your sunglasses for store credit.

Any returns must be postmarked for return within 48 hours of you notifying us about the problem and the item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in. We want you to be 100% happy with your order!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR EARS 

Storage - Ears are best stored in a cool and dry location. We recommend avoiding leaving them in the hot sun or in a hot car for long periods of time to preserve the adhesives used to attach parts of the product.
Cleaning - Ears are not washing machine-safe. Velvet ears should never get wet, as it can compromise the quality of the fabric. For non-velvet ears, spot cleaning with a minimal amount of soap and water can remove small stains. We do not recommend spot cleaning sequin fabrics.
Travel - We recommend packing your ears in your suitcase in between layers of clothing. Our ears are constructed to be very durable, so they can also be stored in a backpack or purse while on the go. There are also ear carrying cases available from various online stores that can be useful in transporting several pairs together at once!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUNGLASSES

Storage - Our sunnies are high quality and durable, but we suggest storing them in the glasses case provided with your order to avoid scratching the lenses. We also recommend not leaving your sunglasses in the hot sun or in a hot car for long periods of time. 
Cleaning - Lenses can be cleaned with a lens cloth and standard eyeglass cleaner to remove smudges and restore crystal-clear lenses. The case you received with your order can also be used as a lens cloth!
